Soli will donate 3% of our profits to the Roan Scholars Leadership Program at East Tennessee State University. Every gift to this non-profit educational program supports Roan Scholars growth and development as leaders so they can, in turn, help and impact others.

The Roan Scholars Leadership Program provides four years of unique out-of-the-classroom experiences that challenge, inspire, connect, and support Roan Scholars so they can realize their full potential and positively impact our world as leaders of tomorrow.

The Roan Scholars Program was founded by Mr. Louie Gump in 1997 and welcomed its first class of students in 2000.

Because Mr. Gump gave so freely of his time, energy, wisdom, and love, the Roan has grown into a powerhouse of joy, purpose and inspiration. And thanks to Mr. Gump’s generosity – and continued financial support from many others who believe in his vision - the Roan is able to provide funding for four years of tuition and fees, books, and room and board for students selected as Roan Scholars.

With more than 90 Alumni since the first class entered ETSU in 2000, the Roan has inspired and developed leaders who today serve as change agents in sectors such as health care, education, government, business, nonprofit, and the military. As that network of Roan Alumni - and its collective impact - grows, we will focus on further enhancing the Roan Experience, to better challenge, inspire, and connect Scholars, so that they can develop into even stronger leaders and create even greater impact on our world.
