Refund policy

30 day money-back guarantee

If you do not absolutely love your Soli product, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and unaltered, and it must be returned to us with all accessories (including the instruction manual) and in its original packaging. The product, all accessories, and product box must look brand new to be eligible for a return and refund - please keep this in mind while you are testing and evaluating the product in your home. Proof of purchase is required. 

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@solipillow.com to obtain a return authorization number. Items sent back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping will be covered by Soli Audio LLC, and NOT at the expense of the customer. Once your return is initiated, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label for your return.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved returns will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@solipillow.com.
