Shipping policy

All orders are shipped for free from our Las Vegas warehouse with FedEx or DHL. All shipments are trackable.

Orders weighing more than 2 lbs are shipped with FedEx Home Delivery (delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your address). For example, orders shipped to California are delivered Next Day. Orders shipped to Texas are delivered in 3 days. Orders shipped to NY and FL are delivered in 4 days. Orders to New England are delivered in 5 days.

Orders weighing less than 2 lbs are shipped with DHL Smartmail Parcel Expedited Max (delivery times range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on your address).

Orders placed before 4 pm EST Monday - Friday are processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm EST Monday - Friday are processed and shipped out the following business day. Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday orders are processed and shipped out the following business day.

Please note: FedEx and DHL do not deliver to PO boxes. For this reason, we cannot ship to PO boxes, only to street addresses.
