What constitutes a bulk order?
Minimum order is 20 items
Can items purchased via a bulk order be resold?
No. A bulk purchase is considered a B2C sale for the purposes of gifting. You are expressly forbidden from purchasing items in bulk from us with the express purpose of reselling them online (on your own website or marketplaces, such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc).
Do you offer wholesale accounts or drop-shipping partnerships?
Not at this time. However, we are open to new opportunities. Send us an email with your offer and we’ll consider it. Please write to: email@example.com
Can the products be customized?
We don’t offer customization at this time. However, you are welcome to purchase Soli items and send them off to an embroiderer to customize. You’re welcome to add your own logo to our products, as long as the customization does not cover, deface, or remove our own logo and branding from our products.
How do I place a bulk order?

What shipping options do you offer for bulk orders?
We’ll ship the entire order to you via UPS ground. We'll provide you with a tracking number as soon as the order ships.
How long does the shipping typically take?
Typically, 7-10 business days for orders shipped within the continental United States.
How much time do you need to fulfill my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks in advance. If you are planning on sending the products off for additional customization, you should place the order sooner and account for the additional time needed.
What kind of payments do you accept? How can I pay for my bulk order?
We will create an invoice and bill you via QuickBooks online. You'll receive our invoice via email. You can pay with any major credit card or bank transfer.
Please note: payment must be received before the order is processed. We do not accept any net terms form of payment.
Do you charge sales tax on bulk orders?
Yes, we are required to charge sales tax, depending on the shipping destination.
What about returns?
You may return defective items to us within 30 days of the gifting event, provided that:
a. The items are in new condition and can be returned to us with all of their original packaging and inserts
b. The items were not customized or embroidered in any way. Any customization makes the products ineligible for return.
c. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number and make arrangements.
