Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, we do not at this time.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship only to the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Expedited (1 or 2 business day) shipping to the continental US is free! Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $20/item.

How quickly will I get my item?

Within the contiguous 48 states, typically within 1-2 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes longer.

Can I cancel my order?

We process and fulfill orders very quickly. Orders placed before 1 pm central time are usually shipped out the same day. For this reason, we cannot promise that you’ll be able to cancel your order, once placed. Having said that, you are welcome to send us an email at help@solipillow.com or a message via our Contact Us page. If it’s possible for us to cancel your order, we’ll be happy to do so and we’ll notify you. Once your order is processed and handed to the courier, it’s out of our hands – it’s impossible to cancel at that point.

Of course, if you decide that you don’t want to keep the purchased item, you can always send it back to us within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is still unused and in its original packaging.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Every order is trackable. The tracking number will automatically be emailed to you once the order ships. Orders placed on M-F before 1 pm central time usually ship the same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. This means that you may return your new, unused Soli product to us within 30 days of purchase for any reason whatsoever, no questions asked. We’ll even pay for the return shipping.

To qualify for a return, your item must be new and unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and parts. Please message/email us to initiate a return, obtain a return authorization code, and a return shipping label.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

When can I expect my refund?

As soon as we receive your return and make sure that the item looks good, we’ll issue a refund to the original method of payment. Typically, the shipping back to us
and product inspection take 3-7 days.

Do you offer discounts?

Occasionally. Subscribe to our mailing list to get notified
about sales events and new product announcements.

How do I send a gift card?

It’s super easy – order a Soli gift card here. The lucky recipient will be notified by email instantly and will be able to use your gift right away on our website.

Where are Soli products made?

We design and test our products in Nashville, Tennessee and manufacture them in China. We’re incredibly picky when choosing manufacturing partners. The factories we’ve hired were chosen for their exceptional manufacturing capabilities, top notch materials, responsiveness, responsibility, commitment to innovation, and respect for our intellectual property.
