Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship only to the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping to any address in the United States. Expedited shipping is available for $25/order via UPS 2 day air.

How quickly will I get my item?

Within the lower 48 states, standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes longer. Optional expedited shipping is available via UPS 2nd day air.

Orders placed on M-F before 2 pm EST usually ship the same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

Can I cancel my order?

We process and fulfill orders very quickly. Orders placed before 2 pm EST are usually shipped out the same day. For this reason, we cannot promise that you’ll be able to cancel your order, once placed. Having said that, you are welcome to send us an email at or a message via our Contact Us page. If it’s possible for us to cancel your order, we’ll be happy to do so and we’ll notify you. Once your order is processed and handed to the courier, it’s out of our hands – it’s impossible to cancel at that point.

Of course, if you decide that you don’t want to keep the purchased item, you can always send it back to us within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is still unused and in its original packaging. You can read more about our 30 day money back guarantee and returns policy here.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Every order is trackable. The tracking number will automatically be emailed to you as soon as the order ships.

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll issue a refund to the original method of payment. The return shipping and inspection can take 5-10 business days. Please note that your credit card/payment processor may take a few more days to post the refund to your account.

We design and test our products in Nashville, Tennessee and manufacture them in China. We’re incredibly picky when choosing manufacturing partners. The factories we’ve hired were chosen for their exceptional manufacturing capabilities, top notch materials, responsiveness, responsibility, commitment to innovation, and respect for our intellectual property.
